Experience Design Strategy Circle

This is not normal event planning, because you are not planning a normal event.

Let’s go beyond the normal Who, What, When, Where & instead craft intentional events that transform ALL involved.

August 2024 UPDATE:

After an amazing year of Experience Design Strategy Circle, our gathering has evolved into Facilitator Circle!

HOW you create your event MATTERS.

I’m here to help.

Bring your experience design questions & receive event strategy support.

If you want to create an intentional gathering, your intention must be integrated into each phase of the event creation process.

When you imbue your event creation process with radical (rooted & liberatory) intention, your event becomes a ritual that cultivates transformation for ALL involved.

Not sure how to start or where to go next?

You are in the right spot.

Your Host & Facilitator

I weave together training in whole systems design, transformational coaching, & nature-based, feminist spirituality combined with 2 decades of event production into immersive experiences that support people in contributing to collective liberation.

Whether you're creating an intimate gathering, transformative workshop, or immersive retreat – I’ll provide event strategy support & answer your experience design questions, all through the lens of ritual & justice.

In the Experience Design Strategy Circle we come together as a collective of grounded, transformation enthusiasts.

Whether you are a:

  • Host

  • Teacher

  • Planner

  • Designer

  • Facilitator

  • Collaborator

  • or someone passionate about crafting immersive experiences

This circle is for YOU

We gather in a circle to practice collaborative visioning & disrupt oppressive hierarchical systems

We are all students

We are all teachers

We all have wisdom that is important to share

The Experience Design Strategy Circle is guided by the Phases of Ritual

  • Consent is ongoing

  • Participate at your own pace

  • You can always change your mind

Our flow & what to expect:

  • Arrive 5 minutes before start time to make sure your video/audio is working properly & say hello to your fellow experience designers

  • Answer some fun questions in the chat as everyone arrives – or – when we’re a smaller group, we have a casual conversation

  • A short facilitated practice to help us pause, slow down, & notice.

You can engage in this non-dogmatic practice in whatever way serves you.

There is no right/wrong way. Only your way.

  • Deep but brief: Share your event goals, questions, & challenges.

I answer "quick" questions in the moment & then wait until everyone shares so the theme of the circle can unfold.

  • Get your questions answered!

I provide experience design strategy support & facilitate a process to help you identify your very next action.

  • We spend the final moments reflecting on our time together & sharing our very next action.

  • Yes! Hearing what others are creating will get you inspired & motivated to create action on your event idea. We NEED your transformative experience out in the world!

  • I get it – we've all got busy lives. You'll receive most out of the experience if you are able to attend the entire time. That being said, do what you gotta do.

  • Yes & No. I record the Experience Design Strategy Circle, but only for my own biz training & IP development. If I use it for marketing, it's just my voice & image. Please note: I don't email recordings if you miss the circle.
