Budget, Registration, Communication, & Logistical details, including:

  • Identifying what your event is actually going to cost & what you’re going to make

  • Designing the registration timeline & creating non-predatory payment plans for your guests

  • Getting everyone into their preferred rooms & making sure their dietary requirements are supported

  • Answering your guests’ event questions & managing event emails in a vibe that aligns with your brand

I’m also a kickass Onsite Liaison.

I’m onsite to not only support your guests, but also to support YOU.

Before your event, I visit the site (or complete in-depth online research) to uncover all the special locational details that will emphasize the theme of your event, as well as identify any potential site issues ahead of time.

Once onsite, I focus on tasks such as:

  • Coordinating your guests’ flights & getting them onto their shuttle

  • Preparing personalized welcome gifts for your guests & co-facilitators

  • Maintaining the event timeline & supporting the overall flow

  • Being available for your guests in-between sessions so you have some downtime

  • Managing the people: vendors, collaborators, contractors, speakers & making sure everyone is where they need to be on-time

  • Facilitating the event opening & closing sessions to further define your event container

After your event I create an event debrief, which includes:

  • Learning (& unlearning) notes so your next event is even more amazing

  • Final costs of your retreat & areas for increased profit

  • Organized event participant feedback so you can deepen your relationship with your people

I offer no-penalty payment plans.

Small 1-Day Event start at $1,500

10 People Retreat start at $4,500

Multi-Day Summit start at $15,000

Our collaboration flow might go like this:

  1. You schedule a free 1-hour Zoom call.

  2. In our call you ask me questions, share your concerns, & reveal your event dreams so we can figure out if we’re a good fit (If we’re not a fit, I share resources & referrals)

  3. I send you a collaboration proposal overviewing how I can best support you

  4. You review the proposal (no false urgency around here) & we make any necessary adjustments to confirm we’re aligned on the event vision

  5. We sign our agreement, you pay the deposit, & I start tending to ALL of your event details!

  6. Depending on the scope of our collaboration, we might have regular Zoom calls to streamline our communication & talk through decisions

  7. We conclude our collaboration with as much intentionality as we begin, so I verify all loose ends are tied up & you are fully prepared to facilitate your event again
