Noticing Summer Season

You might be feeling it.

You might be noticing that something is different, yet you can’t quite name it.

It in this situation, might be the changing of the seasons as we are now “officially” in summer.

The changing of the seasons, just like the Moon phases, provide us a natural reminder to check-in with Self.

A reminder to:

Pause.

Slow down.

Notice.

What are am I noticing? What am I not noticing?

Noticing is not about looking for something to fix.

You are not broken & you do not need to be fixed.

A practice of noticing the seasons empowers you with choice & keeps you engaged with the evolution of your life.

Who am I in this moment?

Who am I in this season?

Wha am I in this lifetime?

Most importantly though, noticing helps you be more YOU.

When you pause & notice, you create an opportunity to listen to your whole Self so you can then decide your very next action.

How does my mind want to be nourished?

How do my emotions want to be express?

What does my body desire?

What whispers of magick do I hear?

What pleasures are calling my name?

There are no requirements to noticing. No formal practice or particular outcome. Call in your curiosity & all else will follow.
