Visioning is the intentional planning we do for our week.
To envision my week, I consider 2 main components:
- Big Picture Tasks
The actions that are an absolute, no-matter-what, must happen each week to keep our body, mind, & spirit functioning are our non-negotiables.
When we schedule these non-negotiables first, we prioritize our self care.
Some non-negotiable self care examples:
- morning meditation
- weekly meal prep
- movement practice
Non-negotiables can also include biz tasks, such as:
- client sessions
- travel/commute time
Big Picture Tasks

These actions are your Big Picture tasks.
I “front load” my Big Picture tasks to guarantee I’ll get them done.
Front loading means scheduling our priorities early in the day &/or early in the week.
Life always happens. Front loading helps us get our shit done before all the other things get in the way!
